Here are my division ratings thru January 6th. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.
1. Atlantic- 34.17
2. Pacific- 33.55
3. Northwest- 33.07
4. Central- 30.69
5. Southwest- 29.66
6. Southeast- 28.59
