Here are my division ratings thru November 9th. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.

1. Pacific- 33.52

2. Atlantic- 33.07

3. Southeast- 31.97

4. Central- 31.59

5. Northwest- 31.48

6. Southwest- 27.62
