Here are my division ratings thru December 29. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.

1. Pacific- 33.76

2. Atlantic- 31.76

3. Central- 31.41

4. Southeast- 30.55

5. Northwest- 30.48

6. Southwest- 29.28
