Here are my division ratings thru December 16th. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.

1. Atlantic- 35.24

2. Pacific- 33.55

3. Northwest- 32.38

4. Central- 30.31

5. Southeast- 29.41

6. Southwest- 29.24
