Here are my division ratings thru February 16th. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.
1. Atlantic- 34.52
2. Northwest- 31.86
3. Pacific- 31.83
4. Central- 31.03
5. Southeast- 29.45
6. Southwest- 28.9
