Here are my division ratings thru January 17th. Take the difference between ratings to determine how many points the average team of 1 division would beat the average team of another division on a neutral court.
1. Atlantic- 34.59
2. Northwest- 31.86
3. Pacific- 31.48
4. Central- 31.21
5. Southwest- 30
6. Southeast- 28.93
