Las Vegas- QB Jimmy Garoppolo (concussion) has been rule out. Since backup Aidan O’Connell doesn’t have extended playing time this year the Raiders’ rating for today’s game against the Chargers is OFF.
New Orleans- QB Derek Carr (shoulder) is expected to start. If Carr doesn’t play the Saints' rating for today’s game against Tampa Bay will move to 29.44 with backup Jameis Winston.
